Two Estonian men looking for farm work. Previous experience exists: fruits, vegetables, and fruit for picking, cleaning of any farm. The desire is to gain experience in all kinds of farm work. We are friendly and nice people. Hard working and not afraid of complex works. Now we are in Perth, but we have a car, and we can also move.

G’day, Emilia; thanks for the reply!

Interestingly enough, the first place I hope to go is the Stanthorpe area, which is on the border of QLD and NSW. It has a variety of crops and seasons, but mainly fruit-orchards and strawberry-fields. Also, there is more work than just fruit-picking. There are orchards that hire all year-round for thinning, pruning and general maintenance.

I’m not too sure where I will go after that, but my itinerary is a work in progress. (:

If you would like to communicate further about it, or receive more-detailed information about where I hope to go and what I hope to do, feel free to send me an E-mail: vinscript@gmail.com
Alternatively, if you’re on facebook, you can send me a message: http://www.facebook.com/VinnieMcg

    Regards and God bless,

    Vincent

Yes is it can be really hard some times to find fruit picking jobs, depending on seasons and location.

When I wanted to extend my Working Holiday Visa back in 2008 (Long before communities like this and any source of online information about fruit picking). I ended up going to queensland with no information at all. Luckily I found an awesome French guy in a van :-) . Together we started our quest from Airlie beach to Bowen. After visiting various farms around the area for about a week, we got lucky.

How many farmers have you been talking to so far Billy?
